Crypto payments can't be reversed automatically, so here's how refunds work.
1. Paid but not Premium
If your payment finished but your account isn't Premium within an hour, message us on Discord with the payment date. We'll fix it.
2. Partial payments
If you sent less than the price (network fees, wrong amount), contact us. We can top up the difference or return the coins minus network fees.
3. Change of mind
Premium unlocks instantly, so we don't offer refunds once it's active, except where the law requires it.
4. Banned accounts
Accounts banned for breaking the Terms are not refunded.
